Our goal is to provide our clients with high quality care in a timely manner. In order to do so we have established the following cancellation policy to ensure all appointments are utilized, and everyone's time is respected.
At the time of booking your appointment you will be asked to pay a deposit that will be credited towards your appointment fee. All deposits are non-refundable.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment this must be done at least 24 hours prior to your appointment time.
If you reschedule 24 hours prior to your appointment your deposit will be put towards a new appointment. Each client will be granted one free rescheduling, after that there will be a fee of $25 per rescheduling.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment you will be considered no-show, and the appointment will be cancelled.
